Synergy Expands into Los Angeles Warehouse Space Market
New site is the latest product of Synergy's expansion plan

Companies looking for warehouse space in the Greater Los Angeles area will have a new tool to help them find their next space. Synergy Real Estate Group decided to start the site after developing a strong presence within the Inland Empire.
The new site follows Synergy’s successful model of developing information heavy commercial real estate sites that attract requirements by giving them detailed market statistics before they even submit their information.
LosAngelesWarehouseSpace.org features nearly 40 submarkets within the Los Angeles area and provides in-depth information for each one including asking rates, availability and major roads / distribution points within the area.
Commercial inquiries will be handled by Synergy’s professional team that has been bolstered by the hiring of Jay Marshall who has years of experience working in the Los Angeles commercial market.
This site highlights the growing Synergy network of sites that cover the United States from San Diego all the way to Manhattan. The company has even more sites planned with sites covering Silicon Valley office space and Los Angeles office space set to be launched in the coming months.
Synergy CEO John Galaxidas says that the new site will help the company reach its goal of becoming the premier tenant representation firm in the Los Angeles area.
